
Roast Carrot, Parsnip & Halloumi Salad
We are in love with this roast carrots and parsnips with hazelnut dukkah from delicious magazine (December 2020). Instead of serving it as a side dish, we turned it into a salad with rocket and grilled halloumi drizzled with lime & honey vinaigrette.

And, of course, we cheated. We had some sesame, caramelised hazelnuts from @cambrookfoods so we chopped those to make the dukkah super easy.
