Korean Spinach
Healthy and easy cheat version of Korean Spinach. Not authentic but super fast and makes an easy side dish. Tastes best when it has overnight or a few days to sit in the fridge. Serve cold.

- 500 grams frozen leaf spinach , thawed, drained
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce , Kikkomon or other Japanese style soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
Thaw and drain the spinach (preferably overnight)
Using kitchen towel, squeeze as much water as possible out of the spinach
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, toasted sesame oil and garlic salt (if using)
Pour the sauce over the spinach and using clean hands, massage into the spinach.
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry non-stick fry pan until golden brown.
Portion the spinach and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
